Kkffb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent financial activity or any indication of fraud.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closure. Funds remaining at the time of closure can be refunded, but processing may take 3–7 business days.
